RESONANCE: Workshop – Limiting beliefs & Manifestation

No. 119’s Resonance Salon Series is a monthly gathering in the intimate setting of the Gandy Dancer record lounge with our creative community. Each event features emerging and established writers, speakers, designers, singers, songwriters, storytellers, activists and artists through performances, readings, conversations, and curated experiences – Blending the warmth of vinyl listening culture with the energy of a modern creative salon.
This second event is our series is a special workshop hosted by Chelsea Nelson, founder of Ritual Hive — a coaching and creativity community. Chelsea will be guiding a writing-based approach to discovering and excavating limiting beliefs which may be blocking us, and understanding the neuroscience and steps to effective manifestation.

This community poetry workshop is for writers, non-writers, and anyone curious about truth telling. We will explore the difference between flashy words and the living thing underneath – reading poems that move us, discussing what makes writing feel ‘true’, learning a few tricks to help us excavate our hearts and minds, and creating space to write. Together, we’ll explore how to write what’s real – not just what sounds poetic, and how doing so helps us understand our inner world.
